  • This is a co-ed group for folks college-age through 25. Members have done some therapy work already, and are motivated to deepen their authentic connections and gain skills for showing up as their truest selves in their lives outside of the therapy office.

  • Our focus will be on reconnecting to who we are at our core - the Self that exists underneath the many challenges of college and your early 20s. Common themes include navigating independence, finding balance between family, school and work pressures, and clarifying our individual values and goals separate from others… and much more.

  • | You might feel nervous or unsure at first, to connect in a group setting. That makes sense! Everyone will share at their comfort level, without pressure or expectation from others.

    | Expect to build greater self-awareness and authentic connection with others. We know that practicing these skills in group helps members show up with them outside of therapy, in their daily lives.

  • No. However, for members with PPO insurance, reimbursement for group fees may be possible. I can provide you with a “superbill” for insurance reimbursement. You may also be able to utilize an HSA to pay for the group attendance. I recommend inquiring wiith your insurance company for guidance.

  • Great! Go ahead and schedule a free consultation call and we’ll talk together about your goals and see if the group will be a fit. Please also complete the form below.

After watching Alex lead workshops and group sessions firsthand, I recognized that she is the type of therapist I would want my loved ones to see.
