Mission

Sapientia Wellness strives to improve emotional resilience, relationships, and life satisfaction for individuals, couples, families, and other professionals.

My mission is to provide life-changing psychotherapy, consultation and coaching services so that together we can create a more harmonious and connected universe.

Vision

To be a force for connection, healing, and purpose in the lives of others.

 Values

  • Wellness work requires that professionals bring their highest selves to the practice.
I cannot show up fully for clients if I am out of alignment myself. At Sapientia, I actively practice what I teach.

  • Human beings are social creatures.
Our nature depends on support from others.
In an age of increasing social and emotional isolation, I foster connection and help clients develop, embrace and tend to healthy relationships.

  • Connection to Self is at the heart of Sapientia’s services. I guide clients in building self-awareness, and growing compassion for the parts of themselves that were previously unknown, criticized, or exiled.

  • I seek out and study the latest wellness research.
I train to bring the most needed and effectives services to my clients.
With love for the craft, and respect for those I serve, I continually fine-tune Sapientia’s services.

  • I aim to be a leader in this work, bringing the knowledge and confidence clients need to trust the process.
I am a servant in this work, bringing the humility, warmth, and respect that clients deserve.

  • Life is both joy and pain.
Situations, circumstances, events, and people – all are more nuanced than our “black-or-white” thinking brains like to admit.
At Sapientia, I accept that life is a (messy, beautiful) mixed bag.

  • I guide clients in their journey of self-connection and healing, giving them tools for accessing their own wisdom.
I train other professionals to do the same.
I pass knowledge on so that it grows in the community.

  • The only way to grow is to be honest – about our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
To ask, why? And to be curious about the answer.
At Sapientia, I bring warmth, care, and genuine curiosity to clients’ journeys of personal growth. Eventually, clients can do the same for themselves.

  • Wisdom is the ability to take perspective and make sound judgments, while balancing logic and emotion. It comes from experience, practice, and self-awareness. Every service Sapientia provides is built on the belief that all clients already have within them the wisdom to heal themselves, grow and thrive.
